The Palace Gardens Shopping Centre is located in the heart of Enfield Town.  Opened in 1982 to a mainly open-air design it consists of 40 shop units anchored by Marks & Spencer, Boots and Waitrose.  The Centre comprises of 215,000 sq. ft gross lettable retail area and a multi-storey car park with 583 spaces, the latter is currently managed by the local authority.

The Centre trades seven days a week including bank holidays.  The mall area is closed to the public overnight.
